Pendings have been on the upswing since the end of the tax credit
stimulus ended in April. Over the last couple of months, Active
listing inventory has peaked at the 5900 mark MLS wide and at
5200 mark for the Des Moines metro.

New Listings Taken During the Last 7 Days – 257
Accepted Offers (Pendings) During the Last 7 Days – 97
Homes Closed (Solds) During the Last 7 Days – 95
Average Sale Price of Solds – $170,668
Average Days On Market of Solds – 106
