So to help you see for yourself, I put together my popular Pending Sales Comparison chart showing how we compare to 2009, 2010 and 2011. The yellow in the left side represents 2012 Pendings. It’s very easy to see what happened to our business in 2010 with the Federal Tax Credit Stimulus… not very effective was it!
