It’s official! As of Friday, November 2nd, more homes have been sold year to date than during the entire year of 2011. With 2 months left in the year, it is possible that sales could top the 9,000 mark. Total year to date sales recorded by the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS were 7,794 and in all of 2011 there were 7,790 sales.
