BREAKING MARKET ALERT
The Number of homes under contract (Pending) are at a record high AND have surpassed the number of homes currently for sale for the first time! The Months of Inventory for the entire market has also dipped below 2 months which is unprecedented.
At the end of March, the Months of Inventory was displayed showing the price point between $100,000 and $250,000 near 1 month levels. This graphic has been updated to show what has happened in just a short 2 weeks. Pay special attention to the $250,000 to $350,000 price ranges. This range has shown a large drop in months of inventory by a full month fewer homes to sell. The gray bars are not shadows! They represent where the Month of Inventory was on March 28th.
