There’s no question, the number of homes currently on the market are down, but by how many?
Well, compared to the same time a year ago, there were almost 800 more homes for buyers to choose from! Even more during the same period in 2010 & 2009.
One things for sure, if you are thinking of selling your home and are waiting for spring, you may want to reconsider and list now when the competition is at the lowest in the last three years!
