Des Moines Real Estate Sales Continue To Impress Buyers And Sellers

//

October Proves To Be More Treats Than Tricks

The old saying about Iowa weather “If you don’t like the weather, wait an hour” has been very true this October. There aren’t many other places in the country where you have a high temperature of 85 degrees and just 3 weeks later have a low of 33 degrees.

This months email is missing the video market report because I am publishing this from the shores of Chicago. The National Association of REALTORS convention begins later in the week and I am in town early for an additional two day mastermind session with my fellow Real Estate CyberProfessionals! This group has been meeting twice per year since 1995 with the focus on technology and staying ahead of the curve marketing the home buyers an sellers. I will produce the video October recap when I return and send a bonus email. So in the meantime, take a look at October’s reports. Pay close attention to the trends of the Homes For Sale inventory. We have turned the corner on record low inventory FINALLY!
