November Update and Predictions of Final Sales In This Months Report
It’s that time of year when every days weather is a surprise. November went into the records as abnormally warm and windy. Home sales in the Des Moines market were typical this past month and now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, many home buyers are staying inside. Home inventory is beginning to build ever so slightly giving those buyers that are still looking a chance to take their time, a luxury not afforded to them most of this past year.
Please watch this months video market report as I am going to make some final predictions for December and year end as well as where we will be sitting on January 1st of 2018. This year has been a roller coaster ride for buyers and sellers alike and next year has all the makings of a repeat.
