July 23rd is the “out of inventory” date at the current pace of Pendings.

Did anyone notice that it was raining last weekend?  Obviously home buyers did not as 109 offers were accepted and turned in to real estate offices across the metro on Monday. That is the highest number of Pendings recorded on a single so far in 2015.
