It was a short week in the office with New Years day on a Thursday and the office open on Friday. I spent most of Friday compiling year end statistics and I will be sharing those with you next week. In the meantime, the big question is “Have we hit bottom yet or will we continue to see a decline in new listings and accepted offers?”
