Some days I look at the stats I collect from our MLS and I have a vision!
This chart represents the Annual Sold Transactions each year since 2002.
Click on the graphic above to open the full PDF chart and in the
lower left corner, you can see the green dot that represents
January 2011’s Sold data.
My prediction is that we will follow a trend similar to 2009 for the
first 1/2 of this year. The second half of the year I predict
will be similar to the 2nd half of 2008.
