I’ve tracked daily mortgage rates from Bankers Trust Mortgage since January 1st of 2010 and I thought this trend was interesting. It appears that mortgage interest rates had climbed the first of the year, but have now turned downward again. Does this mean that they are going lower? I don’t think so, but it certainly is a great time to get a low mortgage interest rate if you are buying or refinancing!
