We began to see a slight increase in the Active listing inventory this week. There have only been a few days in 2012 that have been above 4,400 homes for sale contrasted to last year at this time when we were above 5,200. 800 new listings would bring our listing inventory back to last years levels.

Accepted Offers (Pendings) During the Last 7 Days – 219
Closed Transactions During the Last 7 Days – 113
Average Sale Price of Solds – $175,042
Average Days On Market of Solds – 142
YTD Solds Ahead or Behind Last Year To Date – 199 Ahead
