Hey, it works for the Superbowl, why not for my January Market Snapshot Report?
This is my new January report! Beginning this month, I will have two reporting periods each month. The first of each month as a snapshot of where the market currently sits and around the 10th of each month a community by community recap of the previous month. The 10 day waiting period gives real estate companies time to finalize the previous months transactions. Both reports will appear here at SimplyDesMoines.com and I will send a simple link around the 1st and 10th of each month alerting you that the new reports are out!
