This week marked the first 1,000 closed transactions for 2015. That’s 18 sales per day! 182 homes were listed and 273 homes went under contract.

And the buyer spree continues!  This week 160 new listings came on the market and 236 went under contract.  Are  you thinking about selling your home?  Are you paying attention?

This week 188 new listings came on the market contrasted by 237 coming off because of happy home buyers and sellers!  Next week, make it a goal to be a happy seller too!
