I’m not one to wish time by, but the way January has treated us this year, I can’t say that I’m sad the month is coming to a close. As cold as it was today, I decided that I wasn’t going to let winter win, so I headed off to the grocery store around 5pm and bought all the fixin’s for an impromptu burger grilling. Yes, I bought store made potato salad which ended up costing the most out of all of my ingredients, but I have to say nothing tastes better than a grilled burger in the winter. Hang in there everyone… spring is on it’s way!
