Even with seven days in excess of 100 degrees and an average daily temperature of 96 degrees for the month of July, Des Moines real estate sales continue to outpace 2011. As of July 24th, the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS have closed on a total of 4,903 homes which is 827 sales ahead of the same time year to date in 2011.
